About Nancy Graziani

I've lived and worked in Niagara all my life. I'm a licensed realtor with a business philosophy is to treat people the same way I would like my family to be treated. I represent my clients as if it was a purchase or sale of my own. Over the years as a realtor I've helped many first time buyers, investors, families and seniors in purchasing and selling all over the Niagara Region, Haldimand County, Hamilton, Mississauga and Toronto. I have an understanding and compassion to help in many situations.

In addition to my professional experience, I am also a real estate owner and investor having my own experiences in commercial and residential investing to assist my clients in similar transactions.
On a personal note, my husband and I have three grown children. Born and raised in Niagara I am deeply rooted in the community I serve. My personal and professional experiences combined make me a knowledgeable and trusted advisor in the real estate market.
